12-Week coaching Experience
My aim is to get people unstuck, out of their comfort zones and into a healthy routine across all areas of their life. We are going to talk stress management, nutrition and movement, self sabotage, mind-body connection and so much more. Why 12 Weeks?
It may seem like a long time but the truth is that habit change takes time. By working together for three months we will be able to move away from damaging habits and build a solid foundation for new healthy habits, setting you up for success after our sessions have ended.
what types of goals should I have for this to work?
My aim is to help you get unstuck and make changes to improve your situation, wherever you are in life. This is why I offer a FREE Discovery Session, so we can talk about goals that are specific to you. Every person's goals are different so I feel it would be most beneficial for us to speak about this on an individual basis.
where do you practice out of?
My practice isn't bound by any physical location, sessions are done over the phone and other communications via email. So we can be across the country (or the world!) from each other and still be able to work together - the beauty of technology.
